The Navicor Group brings together the best and brightest with extensive experience in both US and global markets. In addition to our marketing expertise, many of us have also worked as physicians, nurses, pharmacists, sales reps, and trainers. And though our backgrounds may be different, each of us is linked by a common purpose—helping our clients improve the lives of patients.

Navicor’s founder and soft-spoken visionary brings more than 25 years of experience within pharmaceutical company and agency environments. His dual background makes him uniquely equipped to understand the specialty nature of oncology and immunology. Garnett spent several years at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, leading and launching a variety of oncology and HIV brands, including Cytoxan, Taxol, Zerit, Videx, and Megace OS.

He also helped establish the BMS immunology franchise. Prior to forming Navicor, Garnett directed the oncology business for GSW Worldwide, including Rituxan, Gemzar, and Alimta. But in spite of his expertise in global strategic communications, in the Navicor Family he’s known as “Papa G.”

Marvin is a hands-on type of guy, remaining intimately involved in the day-to-day work across all accounts. Since joining The Navicor Group, he has led everything from the global launch of Viread to the repositioning of Xeloda to the rebranding of Tarceva. Marvin also directs the digital media development for Navicor, focusing on Internet linking strategies and engaging physicians, patients, and caregivers through online social community dialogue.

Prior to Navicor, Marvin served as Creative Director for The Hal Lewis Group, managing global launches for BMS and Merck. Marvin has a BFA in scientific illustration, and has shared his talents with his community by serving as an art teacher and helping students learn digital media and Flash animation. For more than 15 years, Marvin has been launching and building brands in specialty markets both off- and online.

With a mind for strategy and a heart for science, Dave brings the perfect mix of marketing savvy and pharmaceutical insight to our team. Leveraging more than 20 years of experience, he provides strategic leadership across a variety of clients. Prior to Navicor, Dave led GSW Worldwide’s global launch of Lilly’s Alimta for NSCLC and the expansion of Gemzar.

He was also Director of Marketing for the Shire US portfolio of ADHD therapeutics, where he led the launch for Adderall XR, the market leader. A veteran in strategic planning,
direct-to-consumer, and relationship marketing, Dave has held positions with Roxane Laboratories in the HIV therapeutic area, marketing Viramune and Marinol. He also brings a host of field experience from his seven years with Abbott Laboratories.

Keeping us on time and on budget, LeAnn is central to the Navicor machine running efficiently, supporting our clients with more than 22 years experience. As head of our Resource Management Department, she is a natural for managing budgets, instituting and upholding quality assurance practices, improving internal workflow, and ensuring that agency processes are followed.

LeAnn has managed the production of promotional materials for numerous successful product launches, nearly all of which were in the specialty therapeutic areas of oncology, sepsis, and diabetes. Prior to joining inVentiv, LeAnn worked in the manufacturing side of the business and focused on continuous improvement, statistical process control, and customer service.
